As of the 11th, six years have elapsed since the Fukushima nuclear meltdown. Little progress has been made toward a solution. Now we hear that repair robots sent in to survey conditions have been unable to to withstand the radiation levels in Reactors One and Two. They broke down before completing their missions.

Technicians had to abandon two robots inside the reactors. Conditions at Reactor Three are still worse. They couldn't send anything in to Number Three.
